This has been a surprisingly sturdy, easy to use, effective dustpan. Dust doesn't slip underneath the lip and it's working as smooth as the day I got it six years ago. I definitely recommend this product.

You can't sweep all of the trash on the dustpan. It leaves a thin line of dirt.

UPDATE TO 5 STARI have had this a while nowThe longer I use it, the better I like it.It is a tool to make house cleaning easierWorks well. No problem for me to use with my bad back and my cleaning lady loves it.Not that exciting in my mind though except that I have grown to depend on it and often use it instead of a grabber tool to pick up things.Bought a second one to take to the pistol range to clean up my brassThe clip to hold a small broom I bought is great for the range

I have arthritis AND a bad back, and this Dust Pan is a God Send! I got it to clean up our rabbit shed, and it works GREAT without hurting my hands OR my back! (And I bought TWO other one before I found THIS one! They were flimsy, thin and cheaply made. This one is ~SO~ MUCH BETTER!!! THANK YOU!!!

Genuine piece of crap. It seems to be well made except the bottom edge which is supposed to be flat arches upward leaving about 1/8 inch gap. Tossed it into the dumpster because it is too bulky to re-pack and return.

I really wanted to like this dustpan. I must have since I was willing to fork out over $30.00 each for two of them. After a couple of months of daily usage around the home. It started to become a big drag locking it into place just to use it. Eventually, the handle unit that has the tab that locks the handle in place cracked on the part that has the lock tab and then just completely failed and now can't even keep the handle upright even if you tried locking it into place which you can't because that part is now cracked in half. The idea of it is great, but the execution of it and the material used to make it just cannot stand up to the always needing to click it locked just tp ise the dustpan. I wonder if there is a replacement handle assembly I can just buy and not have to buy another dustpan. i cannot recommend this, Alfred Bie
