It works exactly how it says. Clear directions. Just not sure how accurate the humidity sensor is.

Make sure you purchase back up sensors. We were able to use this for less than a month before the sensor went out not being able to read more than 40% humidity caused the humidifier to run continuously

I had the previous model for only six months but extra sensors were no longer available but only for the “pro†model. I then decided to buy three of the pro models and now they have extra sensors available. I messaged the company and they told me I could just buy a whole new humidity controllers that come with a sensor. Horrible customer service. Don’t buy.

Beeps a ton, buttons dont even work. Its definitely not worth the price
