Our umbrella arrived with a faulty solar panel, so I messaged the seller and they sent out a replacement immediately! New one worked like a charm, and now we have really cozy light at night! 💗I'd say it's enough light to lounge under for late night company, but not enough for reading a book- which is essentially what we bought it for.The umbrella does well in the sun, and the arm seems sturdy! It's held up through some 30mph wind in just the first week we've had it.I'd say maybe give the inner pipe some anti rust spray just in case. After a storm we did find some water in the tube, just below where it sits in the base, so best be careful.All in all I think it's a great value, especially with the lights and base included!(I couldn't find a diagram of where the on/off switch was when setting it up, so here's a picture just in case anyone else is trying to find it!)

I’m extremely happy with both the product and the customer service I received. The team was responsive, polite, and eager to help resolve my concerns. Although I encountered a minor issue, they handled it professionally and ensured I was satisfied. This umbrella fit our needs and looks nice. However, the hardware is not very sturdy—e.g., a couple of bolts have already quit working or been damaged. The umbrella definitely needs to be closed in even light winds. It’s a nice umbrella, but I wish it was sturdier. Addendum: since my original review, the umbrella has fallen down in a light gust of wind and one leg of the medal stand sheared off. I am not happy. The seller did contact me after my original review, and I responded with photos of all the damage. I’ll add to this review when I see what they do to resolve this situation. Addendum: I contacted the seller regarding the aforementioned problems with this umbrella. To their credit, they gave me a full refund of the purchase price even though it was past their 2 month return window. Because of this, I have changed my rating to 4 stars. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

For the money, I’m really pleased. I bought two and wasn’t sure what to expect, but these assembled well, they are very sturdy and stand up to a considerable breeze. They operate nicely and provide lots of shade.

Love it! Fits in my budget. Comes with the base and sandbags. I like the lights!!To those reviewers who complain about it swaying… the physics of sails is that they need to be still. This top moves freely in the wind ON PURPOSE so that the umbrella does not act as a sail and blow away. (Similar to earthquake proof tall buildings on the coasts — they sway so that they do not crumble to the ground in an earthquake)I had purchased another cantilevered umbrella for less $ but had to then buy the lights and install them myself… but the base $90 and the sand bags $30. For less money I got more! Couldn’t be happier.

The lights don't work, the caps fall off constantly. No response from seller. Very disappointed in this product, and lack of customer service.
