With the proper fitting, it made a sturdy frame, 1/4" acrylic fit perfectly inside the rails.

I got the "12pcs 4040 Bracket Corner Angle..." and both brackets and 8mm bolts were fine; however, I only use the brakest for my project build. I used carriage bolts and nylon-insert nuts and this fit in place like a charm. I had contact seller with questions about the T-Nut and they when very pleasant and helpful.

I've had a few of these strip out on me. They really ought to be using larger M5 screws with a bigger hex drive. There is simply not enough material for the tiny screws to bit into with the amount of torque necessary to secure them. I will keep buying and using these, but just be aware if you will need to install and remove these a few times during your build process that you might need to get some extra in case you strip the threads.

These 2020 corner brackets fit onto the inside corner slot of Aluminum T-Slot or V-slot extrusions making them great for when a corner plate wouldn't be practical. They appear to be of cast aluminum construction with a coated finish that provides a little bit of texture with a matte finish. All the required T-Slot nuts and and screws are included, however the included T-Slot nuts are not drop in nuts that rotate to lock in place, so if that is a requirement other nuts will need to be sourced. The necessary allen key was included and even though most anyone getting these will probably already have one, its a nice touch.The brackets are very easy to install, as most profile hardware is, and they provide a fairly strong corner joint in applications where a plate cannot be used. The included slide in T-slot nuts and screws hold securely and they seem strong and well made. The included hardware makes this an easy set to recommend for anyone not sure what screws and nuts are needed, or someone that doesn't want to source those items separately. The only fault I can see is that they do take up some space in the corner, unlike L Shape Corner Brackets so there could be some interference if other material or components needed to fit into the corner, but other than that, there really is nothing negative to point out... 5 stars.

These are aluminum corner plates for 2020 aluminum extrusion. Great for building things with 2020 extrusion. These fit the no-name extrusion pieces that I have, plenty thick and sturdy. Holes are clean and well placed. The aluminum appears anodized black and looks to be clean and defect free. I don't get too excited about cosmetics, I just need my contraptions to be strong and functional, and these plates fit the bill.Highly recommended!

The great rating really goes to the value of the t-nuts. If you purchase the t-nuts alone, they usually cost about the same if not more for the entire set. The brackets generally work, although you need to be careful to screw in the screw & t-nut in the middle of the slot of the bracket.

I bought the connectors way before the extrusion and got the size wrong, well. Anyway, the item itself is well made and providing the right extrusion size should work fine.
