I needed some longer gold chains for a cruise. These looked pretty enough online. I only had an issue with this one. Part of the chain is stuck inside of the pendent and I was not able to take out. How do we contact the Seller to just replace this one?

Great variety. The color on the “gold†is brassy, but what can you expect for such a variety of chains and pendents for this cost! I will say there was a cheesy smiley face pendent on the paper clip chain that I snipped off, the three triangle was barely over an inch instead of the 2.5†it appears, and the tassel is FANTASTIC. I also got an extension set to vary lengths.GREAT value for the looks!

These arrived quickly and on time. They were all individually packaged in separate ziplock baggies and then all were shoved in one small velvet bag. I wore the "round circle" one yesterday, it was great! It didn't come as far down as I would have liked, but I could deal with it. Got a lot of compliments!Sadly, this morning, when I went to pull out the "knot with the tassel" one, the chain was broken, and because of that the chain was all knotted together. I was able to unravel the chain and use the clasp and clasp it to the broken part, but I was highly disappointed. I know you get what you paid for, but I was really hoping that this would be better quality controlled. It does look cute on now that it is fixed. I generally buy things based on the reviews, and I realize that some things could be a "bad batch", however, I think these are really cheaply made. At least the chains anyway. The actual pendants seem pretty good quality and they have a nice weight to it. Who knows how long these will last......

I bought this for my mom for Christmas. She wanted longer necklaces that she could wear with sweaters, and she loves them. They're a great length, and the pendants are really pretty!

I ordered the combination gold and silver. Was looking for something to wear with a sweater that would hang low, mid section. This assortment is perfect. Came in individual packaging inside this black box. The photos in the advertisement do not capture how adorable the are. Would definitely recommend. Good quality and don't look "cheap".
