Your cart is empty. The ULN2803A each contain eight Darlington transistors with common emitters and integral suppression diodes for inductive loads.
Each Darlington features a peak load current rating of 600 mA (500 mA continuous) and can withstand at least 50 V in the OFF state. Outputs may be paralleled for higher current capability.

Came stacked atop each other instead of pressed into foam. Because of this, the pins were spread apart and did not fit easily into dip socket. First one I tried did not work at all. Next two worked alright.

I bought 50 of these. I tested them with 2 different testers to make sure they were good. Less than 10 were good. I had to order others which took longer to get.
