These seen to hold up rather longer than some other iron tips I've used. These seem to be a good value, overall. What you get from them depends on the Iron your using and what temperature, But I've good results using them for repetitive (a lot) of junctions in one shot.

I bought the iron a couple years back...ASIN B0B24BL2V9. The only tip of the several that came with it that I use is the pencil tip. The iron works great but the tip had seen better days...and I had to struggle with it on the previous incarnation of the current project...so I needed new tips. I came across these and believed they'd fit. They did. I bought a second version of the iron to have on hand for when the current one goes cold (which I hope will not be for several more years). With two irons and 10 tips I should be good until The LORD calls me home!

Much finer surface finish than original supplied with Amazon 60 watt iron (which is the BEST small iron I ever had!) and it fit perfectly. Very easy to tin. The narrow point will be perfect for SMD repair work!

Not a tremendous amount to say about these solder tips except that they work as adverstised. I purchased this for use with X-Tronic and ZENY soldering stattions. They fit fine. Heat transfer is good and even with these needle tips, and are able to heat up quickly and transfer heat to solder. Durability is fine. They don't seem to burn out any faster than the tips that came with the irons. As far as I can tell, these are identical to some other tips on Amazon that are twice the price. I suspect they are the same manufacturer but different branding. They *are* different from some high-end tips that I've purchased, mainly with the coating. However, these are about 1/5 the price so the numbers work out even if they last half as long.
