I have used this canopy for parking shade since last spring. Unfortunately, it was destroyed in last December under a gusty storm. However, the storm only destroyed the top. The frame remained perfect. I just needed to change a new top. It is cheap.

This is a great canopy. I've been doing festivals for 16 years and I'm hard on canopies or should I say the sun and the rain is. The fabric is a nice weight to guard from rips and it has grommets for rain drainage. The top is vented and the inside of the fabric has a silver coating. It fits perfectly and is nicer than the canopy top that originally came with it. It attaches to the framework in several places with velcro ties and on the corner of the fram with velcro strips. Did I say I love the purple color? Beautiful.

I bought this to replace my Euromax 10x10 in trying to save from spending 85$. I took a chance and it was too tight. No problem though I drilled a 10†lower snap hole on all the top corners below the original snap hole. Canopy sites a bit lower but that’s ok. I give a 4 rating only because the Velcro secure points for the sides show stress holes on the seams under minimal pull. Overall I’m happy to save $ and happy that I got it to work. Will buy again

My frame WAS 10’x10’ (120†to anyone that was in 3rd grade). It took me forever to find one!. Most say 10’x10’, but when you go into the pics you see 118†NOT 120â€!! But I put the time & frustrated effort into finding one that actually said 120â€.It was SUPER tight & hard to get around the frame, but we managed. BUT it was baggy as it worked its way up to the vent & when it rained I noticed water pooling at the base, but not so much that I wanted the hassle of returning. I just manually patted it up & out.WELL, we had a substantial rain & I was sick in bed when my daughter came by to bring me something & she told me it had collapsed! We bucketed out the water from the substantial pool of water that had collected. Reupped the tent only to find the frame had broken its very sturdy metal frame in 4-5 places (wish I’d taken pictures, but my only thought was to get it back up because more rain was coming & I had a Brazilian cherry rocker & table to protect). It also tore the canopy in several places too as the Velcro straps pulled when it collapsed & ripped stitching.The return window closed 5 days ago. I am DISGUSTED at the shoddy oversight that Amazon DOESN’T do on its vendors. I’m so disheartened that I spent days & many hours pouring over canopies & thought I’d found the perfect one. Now, not only do I have a torn canopy BUT have to purchase a whole new tent. IT WAS NOT CHEAP! Not purchased from Amazon!I think this vendor should be held responsible, not only for the FALSE information in their description (maybe a foot is not 12†in China?!? I’m sorry, but if you had seen all that advertised 10’x10’ only to see 118†in the pictures, it makes me wonder), AND improper fit, & FLAWED design to allow such bagginess that would allow such pooling. This could have hurt someone terribly had they been under it when it collapsed.I’m sick of having no recourse. I will try & contact vendor & update review. Getting in touch with anyone from Amazon is nearly impossible (at least w/the verbal acuity & ability to problem solve (I have 3 issues of their incompetence that has already cost me $50. Now this.)Apologies for sounding off, but all my reviews are carefully & honestly written. I’ve also noticed false reviews on many posts. The count doesn’t equal reviews. I’ve seen all 4 star reviews, with NO reviews, as an example.I do indeed hope that my updated review is more positive. I’m the most positive person I know & this has done a number on me. It has affected my physiology w/stomach issues & my anxiety is through the roof! Disappointed!
