do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for this hot stamp press! The slide out drawer is perfect and makes it so easy to hot stamp you can also adjust the height if you’re stamping a thicker item. The machine heats up really fast and is easy to operate. I recently had a problem with a part in this machine and I contacted the company and they replaced the part for me and shipped it really fast. They made sure I received the right part and send me pictures and videos to help me replace the part. They also followed up to make sure my machine was up and running. Customer service like this is not heard of much these days, so I really appreciate their time and patience.

I like it in general. But it has definite design problems.If used for just type set it’s business as usual.It’s when you need to add a stamp to be imprinted that it starts to fail. It has one location hole for a stamp bolt. And it’s accessible only between the upper plate and the bottom plate. Unless you have very small hands, locating and inserting you stamp into the heater plate hole and attaching the bolt nut is cumbersome.It could use a way to attach it to a table top also. When pressing the lever down the whole unit has a tendency to tip.

Missing half the parts, received a different machine that is the same use but missing half the features described in the listing. The item is extremely junky, it says it comes with the handle to put the copper letters but didn’t come with that and the machine doesn’t even have a slot to fit it even if it did come with the piece. This item is straight from china and you can tell how bad and junky it is! I do not recommend this at all, it’s a complete waste of money!

Purchased this through Amazon Warehouse as an open damaged box. Set it up thought I was missing some small screws, spring. Found everything in the bottom of the box underneath the packing. Works like it was new. Love getting a deal and buying from the warehouse has yet to let me down. Love a bargin!

Es una maquina facil de usar. Solo me gustarÃa que pudiera traer mayor movilidad de la parte donde se coloca la placa de grabado. Ya que regularmente no puedo grabar en la parte de en medio de libros que son de un tamaño muy grande, porque la placa de grabado está fija y únicamente me permite grabar en la parte superior o inferior del libro.
