I originally purchased this stand for an older 2 stroke 15 HP outboard in 2014. I've been storing it and running it on the stand during the off season when it's not on my duck boat. It was kept outside for the first 2 years. At one point I had to put on new tire tubes but other than that it has worked great and been very sturdy. More recently I've been keeping a newer 4 stroke 15 HP on the stand and although a heavier motor, has remained very sturdy. It's easy to move the motor around my garage as needed without fear that I'm going to tip it over. Since I now have 2 outboard motors, I'm going to purchase a second stand. It is true that it has a rather large footprint but that is what allows it to be so sturdy. I had no problems putting it together I recall that I spent about an hour getting it all together but once all tightened down, it has worked great ever since.

Cart arrived a few days after it was ordered. Assembly took about 1.25 hours and would have been quicker if the directions were better written. The wheels are pneumatic and while they probably roll easier, most of the cheap imported tubeless pneumatic wheels seem to leak after a year or two. I would have preferred solid or semi-pneumatic wheels but otherwise, the cart is what I wanted. I am using the cart to support a Nissan 15 HP electric start 4 cycle long shaft motor and it handles this motor well. I don't think the cart is built heavy enough for a 200 - 300 lb motor. Just my opinion. Overall, the cart is a good value, supports my motor well and makes it much easier to move the motor around and store it off season.

The assembly was pretty straight forward. There were no missing or damaged parts. Seems to work well with my engine.

Flimsy, engineered for minimum performance. The wood support is drilled so close to the end it will soon split. The bolt on the screw knob for the folding handle does not extend all the way through the fixed vertical tube, so all the force of tipping and holding the handle is on the thin edge of the vertical tube against the bolt. The solid tires already have flat spots from sitting for just two days with a 175 pound motor. Does it hold the motor ? Yes it does. Is it a typical Chinese cheap piece of crap ? Yes it is.

Not much info on Amazon.com about the cart, but I purchased this one due to ability to "fold" and 315 lb. weight capacity.Cart must be assembled and, of course, a couple nuts and bolts were missing and instruction manual was poorly translated to English from Chinese. Parts were different from what was pictured in the manual. I didn't really have much trouble figuring out how to assemble the cart, but you'll never get it if you're dependant upon the manual's instructions. Helpful to have a home workshop with extra nuts, bolts, and washers to replace items missing in the parts bag. Also needs a rather large socket wrench - I had one, but if you don't have one you'll probably have to buy or borrow one. Previous experience with assembly using poorly translated manuals and missing parts is essential if you don't want to get really frustrated putting this together! The only thing that "folds" on this cart is the handle - so I would not pay extra for the folding feature. My 20 HP Honda 4-stroke weighs about 105 lbs. and this cart handles it fine. I would NOT put a motor weighing more than 200 lbs. on this cart - 315 lbs. is wishful thinking. Anyhow - it will work fine for my purpose, but it's pretty expensive for what it does.

This is a good cart that is worth buying. The instructions are ok but a few more pictures would have made the assembly 45 minutes rather than 90 minutes. Folding handle is interesting but does not change the storage size by much.

The cart arrived undamaged, packing was adequate. Assembly was straightforward and without incident. Cart was purchased for a 20hp 4 cycle engine of approximately 115 lbs. I used an engine block crane to mount and center the outboard onto the cart. The cart appears to be adequate for this weight. The four casters allowed easy movement on concrete.Personally, I would be nervous mounting a heavier motor. Seemingly, the 115hp limitation would be the crush weight of the cart if not something less. Four stars based on a 20hp motor.

J'ai reçu un produit usagé. Des pièces dont manquante et aucune notice de montage. Déçu, j'ai payé suffisamment cher pour recevoir un neuf.
