All of the fixtures on my 1987 motorboat had incandescent bulbs which generate too much heat and use too much electricity. Now I don't have to worry about running the battery down and these emit a pleasant light, not the harsh white light of earlier LEDs.

Purchased to replace old incandescent bulbs in a boat bilge. These are great! So much brighter and whiter to assist in seeing better in what used to be a fairly dark space. Cannot speak to longevity of these bulbs as I have only had them installed for a few weeks. But so far very happy with these.

Great light output and no issues with installation. I replaced the old school halogen in my 1979 Boston Whaler stern light, and this was literally plug and play.

Bulbs arrived packaged great but be advised the double bayonet style is not an upgrade but rather a compelling diffrent style of connection. I have the bayonet bulbs with just one connection not double and the bulbs would not work. They did look great thou and the waterproof cover looks like a nice touch. Will look for the same style in the correct connection.
