Works great. I used it to flush some pipes in my house. Doesn’t have an on/off switch but easy to remedy by plugging it in to a power strip if you need a switch. Fairly loud but that was t a concern for what I was doing.

I was unable to get my electric 1.1gpm pressure washer from running properly as a standalone connection. That is where this pump comes in play. Was able to hook this pump with a filter on the inlet which then connected the provided green hose to my 330 Gallon tote with a 3/8 adapter. Having the tote full of water, the pump (after filling the inlet with some water and making sure the hose was ran temporary as well before plugging) I was able to get a solid flow coming out. I then tossed another 2 foot leader hose on the outlet of the pump leading into a 100 foot spool of hose. This then fed into my pressure washer and it worked perfectly! Providing the full 3000 psi as advertised. Make sure the INLET of the pump does not exceed 10 feet. The outlet does not matter as I was able to get at least 102 feet out of it without issue to operate an electric washer.

Had a Wayne pump of similar strength for 7 years (intermittent use for 10 days when camping). The Wayne died during our camping trip.. I had never done anything to maintain the pump so its demise might have been preventable.This pump (but not the Wayne) was available with prompt delivery.This pump lasted 3 days. While working well it was not as strong as the Wayne.There was no technical support to contact. Early in my Wayne experience I had trouble getting it working and was helped by live customer support. (They taught me the importance of a rigid intake pipe with a one-way valve (which i used for this pump as well)).Amazon gets 5 stars on this sale as they gave me a prompt refund. So you can still try this pump if the discount as compared to the Wayne is worth it to you. I might just have had a bad unit.

Our corporation has had a bunch of these as we use them for HVAC work. Many of the plumbers and service techs also have bought them for having there own so they have them when needed. These are your typical must be primed pumps so running them without first priming them can be detrimental to the seal. Like anything pay attention to the directions. I have used these many times excellent little units with some words of common sense: #1 drain it when done in cold climates, inlet / outlet are high in the body water stays low so if it freezes it can easily crack the body! #2 when putting the plug back on the primer port quarter turn that’s it! This is NOT a permanent fixture pump, it is a simple transfer pump that has brushes which as stated in the directions “must be checked every 100 hrs of use”. #3 As designed this style pump has been around since as far back as the 1970s to my best memory. We have used these for glycol transfer for boilers , chemical flush for washing out oil deposits etc from new cast iron boilers in schools large buildings etc. They work great as designed if it fails think first: (What did YOU DO?) Harsh chemicals that reacted with seals? Acidic / caustic? Be careful this isn’t for diesel or gasoline!!! Brushes make sparks on the armature!! Excellent pump just wish it was made in the states still like years ago.

This pump worked really well for pumping water from rain barrels through my sprinkler system. I measured the pressure at 47 psi. It crapped out after less than one season.

This pump was a life saver when water kept coming in from the floor drains, and we couldn't get a plumber for several days. This held up and didn't burn out like another one we bought from HD. Highly recommend, especially because of the switch.

Better water pressure than municipal water. Works well. Easier to get started if the supply hose is full and the pump is primed.

Pump was delivered near end of estimated delivery dates. Pump was as described and capacity is good. I have only operated it to transfer water but has worked well.Only recommendation would be to have a sealed motor(fan end is open).
