During my last oil change my oil pan threads stripped out causing a massive headache. This kit was a life saver. I was able to drill out the pan, tap the new threads, and insert the new coil with ease! This kit is worth every penny and is massively cheaper than other tap kits.

well made and did the jobI bought 2 kits because sometimes a job doesn’t go as planned- breaking a tap sometimes happens as did with me — my fault— was able to complete the job because I bought a backup set - I'm a Forklift Mechanic for 46 years- this is a tool if bought you won’t be disappointed

Had to have been sent like this because the package was sealed perfectly in original amazing shipping envelope. Received it missed the drill bit and the case was crack. It’s kind of hard to tap a hole with no drill bit.

Used this for my stripped brake caliper bolts on a Porsche, worked like a charm. Just wish it came with the tool to chisel out the new thread. Either way, it worked wonders.

had to tap some threads in a subframe, a 15 minute job became a 3hours job. tap broke at minimal force, passing threads daily i never proke a tap, especially of this thickness
