I used this product for a vacuum manifold. I was a bit worried because some reviews said it didn't work well with 1/2" npt but it worked fine for me, would buy again.

Looks like a nice piece. I did not know that there was something besides NPT, (Nation Pipe Thread). This item is BSP (British Standard Pipe) Apparently the are close. I am having trouble getting them to seal. Now I know. Hopefully this will save some other unwitting soul some time. Tying a hard set sealant or lots of tape,to see if this works like some of the reviews. Not endorsing, but I may have to go to https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RNWL1MB/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza?th=1They did not say, so I asked they answered NPT

This thing only has two threads on three of the holes. Not what you want in a pneumatic manifold. I should have looked closer at the images. If it was another inch wider, it would be a great design.

These blocks seem to be well made but the threads are way to deep to get a seal. I used copious quantities of thread sealant and they still leaks. I had to wrap a large amount of Teflon tape and pipe dope to get a seal as well as tighten the fittings way tighter than I ever tightened regular pipe threads.

No problems with leaks-just use teflon tape with a couple of wraps. Threads are standard US NPT, nothing fancy to worry about.

could not stop leaking with plastic connections. I purchased over $50 worth of tape, filler, plumbers paste and it still leaked. All connections made were NPT non-tapered. I did not perform string and paste method which I think may work, but that is beyond the scope of my profession.
