I had a problem with the item at first ! I contacted the seller and they didn’t respond back! The problem was a piece was off of the bottom I found it in the case but didn’t get a chance to tell them and didn’t find til after I ordered another piece! I was satisfied with the item and the quality but not with the seller not responding to my concern!

I bought this violin for my great nephew that will be 8 yrs old and he has ADHD and Autism. He has taken a liking to the violin. He was very excited.Case and violin is great.

Product is cheaply made and not worth the money I spent. Trying to send it back a nightmare this company wants me to pay for shipping it back about 40.00 the problem I have is this was a Birthday gift for my grand daughter now having trouble with getting my refund so I can get a different one for her to start her music class

I neverexpected the violin to be a professional instrument,but at least the notes could be heard when playing it,it is a lack of respect
