A town house with tandem garage space is difficult to park with possibility of running into your own vehicle.Tried tennis ball on a string and other means but nothing beats ability to see the gap to park properly is just gold.The install was simple, took a stud finder to find the stud and centered the bracket on the middle the. Move it over say 1/8 then drilled a pilot hole before screwing it down with supplied hex head screws. The way the screw holes on the bracket is not quite the width of the stud so instead of screwing the middle hole on the bracket on the dead center of the stud, offset it to a side so that other holes and screws stay on the stud at least on one side and the center. Hope that makes sense.Not too big but not too small, having said that if it was any smaller, it would not been sufficient.I am satisfied with the purchase. I recommend it.
