I have two night stands next to my bed however after getting a standard box spring, the mattress was WAY too high for me to reach my nightstand comfortably. So I bought just one of these and split it up so I could raise both night stands by 6 inches each. It is perfectly level with my mattress now and I don't feel like I'm reaching into a canyon in the middle of the night to grab my phone or remote. Perfectly stable on carpet too. Always get a riser with a flared lower half and a narrow top half. If you get something that is the same diameter top and bottom, it WILL tilt and fall over. Believe me, I made that mistake before I got these.

Husband ordered these for his bed that he is sleeping in while deployed. They are perfect and give him the extra height he needs to store items under his bed. They are very stable and well.

I sent them back as they were more utilitarian than I expected. Would work well for other applications but I wanted more decretive

These work, yes. They are large enough to accommodate very thick furniture legs, and are easily adjustable to a variety of heights. They are made of a very sturdy plastic, and will not easily top over or break. The main disadvantage is that there is nothing keeping these ON the furniture legs, making these pretty useless for anything you plan on moving around very much. I'm using them on a large armchair that I use for a desk chair, and every time I accidently move the chair forward or backwards, the legs fall off the risers. Also, these are not at all attractive, so if that matters, keep looking. However, they work for what I want, are sturdy, adjustable, and strong. They do the job.

I really needed some tall but stable risers for my art booth set up and these are the best! Heavy, stable, and incredibly useful. Not only can I get my table up high enough to make a difference, I can also make small adjustments if my site isn't level. This arrangement of pieces in different heights is fantastic. I love these! Highly highly recommend!

I chose these for the size assortment. 9 legs on my bed frame, and with these I can have a choice of sizes. I wasn’t sure how high I wanted to go. They seem stronger than I thought they would be, I’m very happy with these.
