This function ok. But the screws will strip very easily. If you baby the screws, you will be happy. If you overtighten them... you probably will rate this item as 3 stars. Did I mention? Don't overtighten the screws.

very flimsy, the metal broke on several of them when you tighten the screw. I would not buy.

These are more compact than others I've used. Because of the compact design, you cannot make splices in this unit. The conductors must pass through intact. It will take a helper to feed the conductors while they are pulled through.

These fittings might look simple, but they are very practical. Each screw can be tightened securely without any looseness. I particularly like the removable cover design, which makes future adjustments much easier.

Probably just a weak batch. Most broke during layout, when only finger tight.Not a serious concern IF in a protected area with a good support close by AND access to add a sealant after installation and wiring is complete. Would be a hard fail if exposed to weather or if in direct eye sight.
