First off, they are well made clamps - insulation is rather thick and seems to be a good flexible rubber. However, I found the clamps to run small. You can see in the pictures that I am using these clamps on 1/2" copper tubing which runs about 9/16" in diameter. So, slightly over a 1/2". When you apply the clamp, the mounting holes to not align and require you to open the bracket and force the two holes in alignment. Not a big deal, it can still work, it just looks like when they designed the clamp they didn't take in to account how much space the rubber was going to consume. For comparison I showed you two other style clamps that work perfectly with the 1/2" pipe. As we know, copper reacts to different metals, so having the insulation on the bracket is a good thing to prevent future corrosion.Would I recommend the purchase, not so sure? They are a nice looking bracket, but I wish they were just a little larger to not require finagling every time you installed one. You wouldn't have this issue if you were installing them on wire loom, so consider your project before you order. Hope that helps.

Works great to manage the mess of cables that was under and behind my desk. The rubber helps prevent the wire casing from being worn off which is a plus when the cables are $25 and up!!
