Bought these masks for a cosplay project. I knew they are made of paper as is stated clearly in the description. Not my ideal material but I needed several and the cost of plastic masks has skyrocketed. These were affordable. The description stated and photos implied the masks can be painted. WRONG! The minute I applied the gesso, the paper started to dissolve. Literally began to melt and peel. I’m not talking thinned gesso. I’m talking out of the bottle gesso. The edges of the masks where the ties are attached are extremely flimsy and tear easily. No way they would make it through one hour of a con much less an entire day or weekend. I compete in masquerades and have to present projects for judging that are meticulous and detailed. A piece of limp pressed-to-shape paper submitted as a mask just won’t cut it. I should have known better. These masks might work for a school art project because they are CHEAP but the kids will be disappointed when their work dissolves before their eyes or falls apart before they get it home. In closing, just don’t. It’s not worth the time, money or heartache theres no way to make these excuses work for any project. Certainly not for competitive cosplay.

Son como de cartulina, vienen en dos tamaños y traen sus hilos. Si quieres remoldearlas funciona muy bien el fomi moldeable y la pasta francesa. Llegaron en el tiempo acordado y en exelentes condiciones.
