I use the large fit and they seal without cramming them into your ear. Decent sound isolation. Fit my Skullcandy grinds, and ink'ed. Still after a year have plenty left. And I've handed out plenty to friends. Good addition if your the fix it guy.

I have very small ear canals. I have never in my life been able to get "small" ear buds to fit comfortably. I lost one of my buds off my skullcandy wireless yesterday and ordered these last night. The overnight delivery was awesome also.The small size fits comfortably in my ear, the sound deadening is less than what the skullcandy originals did, but that's fine with me, I like to be able to hear mumbling around them so I know someone is talking if I am spacing off. I don't have any experience with the other sizes, my 13yo says they fit him extremely well as well. I couldn't be happier.

Hindsight 20/20 it's better to order the size you need and something one size down just in case if there's any issue with fit

Don’t buy this because you won’t be able to charge the headphones afterwards since they don’t fit in the case. Only one of the sizes can be used to charge but those earbuds are too small that they actually hurt to wear. This whole product is useless. I can’t believe this has anything higher than a 1 star review. This is actually a disgrace. Amazon should remove them off the website.
