I bought these to hang stuffed animal storage. The hooks themselves are very sturdy. Installation was tricky as the drywall anchors included are flimsy. On my first attempt to install a hook, the anchor got warped as I screwed it in. I tried two more times to install the anchors and they bent both times. I got sturdier drywall anchors and had no issues installing them and they're holding the chains really well.

I used this outdoors, inserted the hook into the plastic anchor which was provided, and then drilled into cement. It works well, and is cost effective.
