Received quickly and none of the bricks were chipped or cracked. We are using them in our woodstove and it's performing great.

These install easily, but they are quite fragile. I used a wet saw to cut them, and they handled that well, but even a gentle tap to bed them into the mortar cracked two of them. The breaks matched back up fine, but it bears some care in installation. Compared with others, though, the price is right.

These things weigh a ton! Nice quality bricks. We had quite a few that needed replacing and they right in. (Make sure you measure the size of your bricks.) We didn't have to cut any so I can't tell you about that, but they were easy to put in and fit like a charm.
