If your toy/car is not charging, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • 1. The charger may not fit your device. Please provide us with the brand and model of your device so that we can check for compatibility. We will check the compatibility for you.
  • 2. Your battery may be broken. If your battery has been in use for more than 12 months or has been left unused for 2-3 months, it might be damaged.

Thank you, do a little work to find the exact model by matching serial numbers. Most of these toy cars r tell you exactly what battery is needed. This worked great for the toy I bought in Christmas

I bought it put it to charge on my sons toy car and nothing very unhappy with this purchase if you wanna save money don’t buy this you’ll literally just pay for it to not work very unhappy
