2. Your battery may be broken. If your battery has been in use for more than 12 months or has been left unused for 2-3 months, it might be damaged.

In such cases, the charger's LED will display green, indicating that there is no charging as the battery is dead. You can check the functionality of our charger by using it with another device, or check the condition of your battery by using another charger.

3. If the green light is on when you plug in the charger, but goes off when you connect the car, it's because the internal short circuit of the car has caused the self-protection function of the charger to fail, you'd better check the battery and replace it.

How To Charge The Battery?

1. Disconnect the red battery cable inside the car; 2. Connect the charging cable to battery terminal; 3. After fully charged, disconnect the charger cable; 4. Reconnect the battery internal cables.
Why can't the car be charged?

1. Check that the connector iron piece is not bent. 2. If blocks are secure and still no power, remove battery covers. Ensure all wires are secure. 3. If the car doesn't start after charging, make sure to inspect the on/off switch for any issues.

Thank you, do a little work to find the exact model by matching serial numbers. Most of these toy cars r tell you exactly what battery is needed. This worked great for the toy I bought in Christmas
