I loved this. But my headlights are so long, I struggled to get it stretched more for coverage.Unfortunately removing my headlights is such a hassle, I wrap them onto them while assembled. This causes it to be less professional-looking, but it still looks great.I used both the soapy water method and the heat method for application. This stuff works and looks better than the vivid tint.

This is an update on this terrible product. Looked great when I first applied it but once we hit a warm patch in the weather, the adhesive failed and the film peeled off leaving behind all the glue on my headlight lenses. Dust and road debris collected onto this adhesive. I've tried every adhesive remover and shop tricks like wd-40 to remove it but nothing worked, not even isopropyl alcohol. I had to roll the glue from one side of my headlamps to the other with my thumbs and this took over an hour each. The glue on this film is too thick and it is comprabable to the glue used in upholstery. You are not getting a good product so be forewarned, this stuff is awful.

I was disappointed on how light the purple was once it was on the light. I put theses on my fog lights as I didn't want the color of my normal headlights to change. In order to get the color that is in the picture I had to use 5 layers of the stuff and it's still not as dark as I thought it would be. It's not real easy to work with either, putting heat to iy to stretch it will almost definitely tear it if you pull very hard at all. I waisted more then I've unbelievably with 5 layers. The bubbles under this stuff is horrible as well and when to try to squeegee them out it causes a spider web looking damage to the tint that you can't fix just start over again. Don't believe I'd recommend or purchase again.

I dont buy much of this sort of product to really get into finer details, and I do not have any experience with wraps or tints at all.I used two layers of the purple to make it darker to my liking, would probably do three if I ever re-do it. Like other comments indicate the purple is more of a rose or pink color if using a single layer.Halfway into my tinting project I removed and redid the first part as I learned the technique better.Kind of fun. Used less than half the roll, so I dont have to worry if I need to redo any of it in the future.

This vinyl is thick and very easy to work with. I used it on my running lights on my 61 chevy truck. Price is very reasonable. Great value for the money.

I'm no professional but this product came so tightly rolled it seemed nearly impossible to work with in a few different ways. First the tight roll didn't want to open up which was disastrous when the clear backing was removed. Second the extremely tight roll lead to creases all the way through the roll that would not squeegee out making vertical airbubbles through out the roll that transfered to the headlights, even once the tact started to set up I tried peeling it off the headlight and pulling the creases out as I smoothed it out to try and avoid the creases/creases bubbles and ultimately I failed and also left micro scratches in the film in trying to something the wrinkles. Ultimately I ripped it off and tossed it in the trash. Again I'm no professional but I am generally pretty handy and try to prepare myself to take on tasks like this before jumping into it and I feel like this product is set up for failure mostly due to how tightly it was rolled and without a support inner tube to keep creases from happening.
