Great product.. only thing BAD customer service by this vendor.Order black frame with tan covering. Received gray frame with clear covering.Returned the 2 piece that we order hoping that vendor would do the right thing.…vendor gave us a $36.00 credit..We spent $120.00 ea..return both boxes..shipping cost us $108,87.. and only got $36.00 credit..vendor got items backed,kept difference of the monies and never got answers either from vendor or Amazon. The first ones we order.. easy as pie to assemble and hang.. great product..just this vendor..…so if you orederBE CAREFUL…

ZERO Stars.Destroyed by 1st 3" snow.Took forever to assemble.Female dog to attach to garage.Was intended to be temporary for 1 Winter. Didn't make it through early Fall.

For the price of $83.00 it's ok, the instructions are not that good no toll free customer service number included. I purchased the insurance because I reside in Illinois and we get heavy snow. You will definitely need two installers, you will also need some clean silicone caulk . After I assembled both awning I observed a gap at the top, will cover it with flexable rubber gray molding.
