Hard to rate this because I'm not an expert on RVs or water hoses, just a guy building a trailer in the garage.I actually didn't like this very much, it was hard to work with for me, tore easily when fitting to the tank neck, and was far stiffer than I thought it would be. But it appears to be a standard product at standard quality for what it is, so... I guess I have to give it five stars.

Was a little stiff when I first open it up, put in warm room and was able to flex it into place. Perfect fit.

The ridges on this hose cause a poor seal. Going to take some of the excess about a 3" piece and cut it up the middle and wrap it around backwards so the ridges meet. Hopefully, this will create a tighter seal.I started with just hand tight, not crazy tight, but nominal pressure. That leaked, so I kept slowly tightening it. Still leaks and I have broken to hose clamps.I had PEX straight to the old water tank. New tank called for this "normal" rv hose, what a joke it has been.Any suggestions that don't say to put Goop or other cancerous chemicals on my fresh water line are welcomed.

Went on just like the old cracked one came off. Hope it lasts 19 years like the last one.
