- Made of better quality, weatherproof aluminum alloy, sealed integrated housing to provide a long lifespan. Severe rain or snowy weather will not damage the solar light, but it may affect the charging for that day, causing the light to be on for a shorter time than when the sun is strong.
How to charge?
Charge in direct sunlight for 5-6 hours
Auto light up from dusk to dawn for 10-15 hours
How to install?
1. Screws for hard floors such as wood/tile/road
2. Ground stakes for soft floors such as lawn/sand

Well made.One unit was not charged when shipped, but after charging worked fine.Instructions are not clear as to how to put together the posts that insert into the ground, but it is not hard to figure out.Bright. light options are nice.3 weeks in and on one unit the on/off switch is losing contact.

After installing four months ago, we woke up last week to a submerged dock due to flash flooding. We just knew these were goners and ordered a new set immediately. We were beyond thrilled when our deck lit up after the water had receded. Despite the water, trash/driftwood, boats and patio furniture thrashing into them, they stayed screwed down and still work perfectly! We’ll be adding them up our walkway now instead.We also love that we can change the colors to match the seasons. Purple/green- Halloween, red/yellow-fall, red/green-Christmas, red/purple-Valentines day and etc.

Close to 3 weeks with these and I have to say that I am impressed so far. Day 1 I made sure they sat in direct sun the entire day before I installed them. The color selection is easy with the button on top not underneath like some, and the light is bright enough for what I wanted. (Love the red white and blue).These come on at about 8pm or dusk, and are still on the same brightness when the sun comes up in the am.Will have to wait and see if the performance remains the same (or close to) for a year or two.The last LEDs I got lasted about two years (single color different manufacturer) and they never stayed on all night. I was lucky for them to stay on past 1am or so.There was a coupon when I bought so for 12 lights it was under $90 I believe.Lights feel like they are well made and I even had 2 extra screws (I wish more companies would do this as you inevitably drop one and lose it lol.Update - well, 3 months into use - they started not working or only staying on about an hour. At the 4 month point - only 3 of them are staying more than 4-6 hrs - with full daytime sunlight.Tried to email the manufacturer and the email isn’t valid.

I like the design and look of the product and the visibility of the light at night. They seem well built and like they would hold up pretty well. The one downside is that they do not seem to have matched the battery and/or solar collector capacity with the electrical draw of the light. I needed mine to last through the night. These last less than 3 hours.Due to the short working time I cannot use them for my purpose and have replaced them. I am holding onto them as I figure I will find some alternate uses. If they would fix the limited working time of the light this would be a great product.
