Mine are 4x4in (100x100mm) and were so easy to pop into the ends of the bumper. I found it easier to push them in from the bottom up. They fit snug.I don't know what they are made of but they seem like a very good replacement for the original bumper caps.

I bought these to replace the caps on a mechanic's creeper which has 3/4 inch thin wall square tube side rails. Two of the original caps were lost when I failed to notice that they came out on the driveway while I was changing my oil. The heads on these are slightly smaller than the originals, not quite 3/4 inch, but they are tight enough to stay in and aren't too tight to be hard to install or remove. I'm happy with them and having extras is good in case I lose any in the future. I deducted one star for the inaccurate size of the outside ends, but for me this is not a serious issue. I recommend them to anyone who needs 3/4 inch square tubing caps.

These plugs fit great! I needed them to plug the ends of arms on wrought iron love seat that i was repainting, and could not find them anywhere. They are just what i needed!

These things fit good and tight and aligned well because I measured beforehand and ordered the right ones. They're perfect for 1-1/2 OD, 1-3/8 ID square tubing (1/16-inch wall). They will probably fit just fine in thinner-walled tubing, as the fins stick out almost even with the lid. I used a rubber mallet to get them in and they are likely never popping out like the ones they're replacing.
