I used them with strain guages to construct a unique anemometer.I have enough left over to make another one using a 9 axis gyro.(pendulum-ish anemometer, LOL)DIY crazy sub-scientist fun.

I thought I had the perfect idea. I bought these to replace the hinge pins in my RC. Research said that cardon was stronger than steel. I think I need more research.
