We ordered these caps as they were advertised for placing over Rebar which is exposed on a foundation my grandkids play near. They are just completely open inside with no smaller hole for the rebar to "fit" into and prevent the caps from falling off, thus a slight nudge and they come off.....would not reorder or recommend for this purpose. But we decided to fill the "hole" with plant foam, place the cap with foam onto the rebar, remove, fill hole in plant foam with glue and replace over rebar.
