Fits perfect in our 13" floor machine. It is a harpoon plate not a velcro plate. I want sure which one i was going to get until it arrived.

Wrong item. I bought an Oreck Commercial ORB550MC Orbiter Floor Machine, with 13" Cleaning Path and since this product was presented as an accessory for the Oreck and since they were both 13", I bought it. Not only does it not fit, it is not needed. The Oreck comes with a pad holder.So far it is somewhat of a hassle dealing with this seller; not the 'email a barcode return' that I get when I have to return something to Amazon. I will update this review as the 'return story' unfolds.
