I got these for my sausage making. I generally make 20 pounds at a time. And these were the perfect size for that.

I only needed one container, but it was easy to find uses for the other two. I used my container to store grilling accessories, outdoors under the grill cover. Please note the lids are not snug fitting. They simply sit on top of the container.

They do the job and the lids were sturdy enough to be drilled into and hold up various sizes of net cups. Everything grows just fine so far and they do seem to be very light tight.

I bought these to hold my sour dough bread while it was proofing. These containers are perfect! The dough barely sticks to it and seals it very well. I love them!

Be sure to carefully read measurements.. I saw these basins and my brain instantly went to bus boy basins and restaurants.. so when I opened the box, neeeless to say I was quit disappointed in their tiny little size.. my fault for not noticing true measurements and it just assuming they were standard size..
