My three year old grandson loves to cook and bake. He was very excited to receive this set and uses it frequently to help in the kitchen. It's surprising the wide variety of fruits and vegetables these tools can cut. He can make decorative sandwiches and cut dough designs to top pies and cobblers. Everything is well made and should serve him and his little brother after him.

This is cute, safe, and works great. It cuts like a real knife but not on skin. And the colors are cute. Perfect for my toddler.

This has to be one of the best Christmas presents I could’ve gotten for my six-year-old daughter. She has always wanted to help out in the kitchen, but for safety reasons it was always limited but not anymore. Now that she has this Montessori cooking kit, she is going to be able to help in the kitchen whenever she likes. The knives are kid friendly because they don’t cut skin, however when cutting food items, it cuts very well. I do wish they had different color options. However, for the cost, it was well worth it! The cutting boards are very thin, and the knives aren’t very bulky so it’s easy to store everything in a drawer. I would recommend this for anyone who has children that enjoy helping out in the kitchen.

Child loves the independence given and the ability to help in the kitchen. I appreciate the safety aspect, the metal ones do appear a little sharper but just monitoring.

Bought this for my 3 year old who loves to help in the kitchen. The knives cut great but feel safe for him to use. He loved the peeler that came with it, works great on apples. His favorite part is the cookie cutters that make stars, hearts, a bunny and a flower. Work really good on apples, tortillas, bread. He was super excited to be able to cut vegetables by himself.

My kid loves this. It is actually very durable and just sharp enough to actually cut without causing bodily injury. Definitely use under supervision, but you don't feel like they are in REAL danger while they use it. My son especially loves all the shapes you can cut out.
