The mat is thicker than I expected. The blocks are well made and sturdy. The pink set made a beautiful gift for my daughter. This was a good cost for all the items included. I just wish it came with a carrying case. I guess that will be my next purchase.

just ok. not really thick enough but it works i guess. I used a oil in my hair and it stains the mat terribly :(

My wife lives this set very much. There is everything you need for starting yoga. The items are of great quality. My wife loved that the yoga mat was thick.
