After reading so many bad reviews for similar pots I almost gave up looking. I found these and they are GREAT. They are the perfect size and sturdy. They may be a little more expensive but WELL worth it!

Nice size for starting basil, tomatoes, cucumbers, and squash, stuff like that. They're a good value for doing a lot of planting at the beginning of the season. They have been more durable than other peat pots I've used. I had a significant amount of mold form on the pots shortly after planting but I planted in cooler, moister conditions than I usually do, so I'm not sure of the relationship. I had good drainage with them. It's really joyous to see so much stuff growing when winter is still around!

These peat pots are exactly as described. They work well and can be planted straight into the dirt once your starts mature enough to need more space. The tags are helpful and are easily written on. Good price.

Really like how these things hold moisture in, they also break down to transfer into new pots without damaging the root ball. I start all of my seeds inside and these will come in handy.I also grow during the winter time to keep my green thumb growing. It's easy to set up a light and grow lettice, basil salantro and even spinach indoors.

These are nice sturdy peat pots that are not thin and flimsy. They are better than the ones I used in the past. They will hold up with watering and not tear. I like to use peat pots and just transplant straight into the soil. This way I do not disturb the roots. The size is perfect and you get more than you need unless you are mass planting. I will be using them in my greenhouse and place then in large trays. They have good drainage holes.

These are nice peat pots! Generous size. Good drainage through 4 holes. Consistent construction. Great for starting seeds with the advantage of not having to transplant later.

I want to start out by saying I do really love these peat pots and have had excellent results growing with these. This is a huge pack of 4 inch peat pots that includes a pack of labels. However, many of the drainage holes are not punched out. Some of the pots have all holes punched, most have at least 2 holes punched, some have one hole punched, and some have punch marks but didn’t actually get perforated deeply enough. They should still work okay since drainage isn’t much of an issue with this type of pot. However, it makes the plant roots have to work much harder to escape the peat pot unless I poke holes in the ones that didn’t get properly punched. It’s not a hard step but I would definitely prefer if I didn’t have to do it.
