The product works well and is very solidly constructed. If you want a teleprompter, this works quite well.The main blemish is the controller it comes with and the associated app. Charitably, it's fine. It functions, but it's not great.

I've used this teleprompter for around 6 months and really like it. It's a bit heavy so you'll need a sturdy tripod but if you've already got an expensive camera then you've most likely already got that covered.I threw out the remote after the first attempt; it's just not worth the aggravation. I ended up using a third party app (Teleprompter Pro) and an 8BITdo mini controller instead; it seems this combination of teleprompter, app, and controller works great.

I ordered the 13.6" Iloknzi teleprompter because it will fit an iPad Pro. I don't have one but it gives me maximum flexibility. Amazon sent me the i2/12" model... twice. The second time I decided to just keep it because I figured out that it will fit an iPad Pro as well.I am impressed with the build quality. All of the important pieces are made of solid-feeling aluminum. There is a lot of flexibility in mounting the teleprompter to a tripod and mounting the camera to the teleprompter. The glass angle is adjustable and the glass is beam scattering so the text is crisp and clear.Some people have said it is confusing or hard to assemble. That was not my experience. I only had to look at the book to make sure the glass angle was adjustable before I broke something.The remote control is handy, I guess. I found there to be a slight delay in responsiveness but it's not too bad. The most unfortunate part is that in works ONLY with the S-Teleprompter app. Trust me, I've tried. Even with PC-based teleprompter apps. That limitation is part of why this doesn't have a 5-star review.So, about this app. It's... adequate. It handles the main functionality - scrolling mirrored text - as well as any other app. I didn't see any options for importing files of any type so you have to edit in the app or copy and paste. S-Teleprompter is on par with any other free teleprompter app. The paid apps have more features and are more user-friendly.The bigger disappointment and second reason this loses a star is the lack of any mounting options for a light or microphone. The setup guide shows side brackets with cold shoe mounts but they're not included and don't appear to be available. I don't find this misleading since none of the pictures on Amazon show them and they are not mentioned in the descriptions of any of the models they offer. I will tell you that someone (me) designed a set to be 3D printed and the model is freely available on Thingiverse and Printables.Would I buy this again. Absolutely! Would I recommend this to a friend? Without hesitation.

Best purchase ever! I was unsure about its performance but was pleasantly surprised. Downloaded the app on my iPhone, used a simple webcam, and shot phenomenal work videos. Well-built, easy to assemble, and user-friendly. The included remote control worked flawlessly. Highly recommend!
