This frame is perfect for my puzzle. Definitely worth the price, why pay hundreds of dollars for a custom frame at Michaels when you can order from Amazon and have it delivered right at your doorstep for a fraction of the cost. This frame is made in Italy with quality wood and craftsmanship. The paint on the frame is flawless and sleek, resembles metal, I'm pretty impressed with the quality of this. It's the nicest custom frame that I've purchased so far to showcase one of my puzzles in. I'm glad I was able to find a seller who manufactures the custom frame dimensions that I needed to complete this project.

I purchased this frame for a puzzle I completed with the same dimensions. I put the puzzle in and it's probably a few millimeters too big for the frame and trying to force it in wasn't working. I cut a little of the edge of my puzzle off to get it to fit perfectly but that was a bit of a hassle. But the frame itself is nice and sturdy once it's all in.

I was looking everywhere for a puzzle frame for my 2000 piece puzzle, and this was the cheapest one I could find. It was definitely worth the price and looks great! The frame to puzzle ratio is also perfect, as to not overshadow the puzzle itself but still provide that clean cut look. Will purchase again if needed!

I liked the materials used for this frame: both frame and the PVC film (light weighted and clear for seeing thru).Especially impressed by how easy the stickers are applied to attach the puzzle (mine is a 2000 piece one and you definitely don't want to ruin it when framing) and how effective they hold the puzzle pieces.

It really nice, comes carefully package. But we did not receive the instructions on how to put the puzzle in the frame. I had to go to the pictures and try to read the instructions in the small print, it would have been nice if the instruction sheet was sent with the frame.

Very well packaged. Could not find this size in stores. Price was high but not as bad as some other ones on Amazon. It’s a great frame and I would buy again.

Frame was not long enough (yes, I ordered the right size accoeding to the dimensions on the puzzle box). The inside of the frame is exactly 38.25 inces long with no room for margin. I measured my puzzle and it is 1/8 of an inch longer. So make sure your puzzle is put together and measure it before buying a frame. It would have been nice if when the frame was built they affef a smudge of length for this kind of issue but I am not holding this against the product.The frame is not square, it was a little off, because of this it was hard to get the plexiglass in and out of the frame (to remove the protective film) as well as the puzzle.The frame was made well, however considering it is just pine wood and plexiglass it was quite expensive.
