I bought this to replace piping when I refinished my dining chairs. I thought 1/4" was the standard piping size, but it is slightly bigger than average. It still looks very nice, and it covers any errors I made. This type of piping cord is best to go around corners because it bends easily and adjusts to inner and outer corners. Other types of piping cord is simply too stiff to bend properly.

I bought this to make my own piping code tape to make custom cushion covers and pillow cases. It was packaged safely in nice bubble lined paper envelop, shipped very quickly, and has arrived without any damage. It appears to be a great quality product and comes with enough yardages of pure cotton piping to make tons of pillow cases and cushion covers (in my calculations I can make 18+ large 20" custom cushion covers with this piping cord). I now don't have to keep buying strings for bags to make my own piping code strips, which tends to be way too soft and way too flimsy. This is great stuff, and happy to support a small company who produces great products!

I like that this cording is cotton. It is easy to use and nicely wound on coil. Looks great once piping is created.
