The blower motor arrived in a box that looked perfectly fine with no damage. It was well packaged to protect the shafts so imagine our surprise when we installed it and it vibrated so bad that it was rattling glasses off the table inside the RV.My son is an HVAC contractor for over 30 years, he installed the blower motor for us. I'm a retired aerospace engineer. So I got my dial indicators out and we checked the shafts on the blower motor and these things are well over 3/10 of an inch out of round, spec for the blower motors is 5 thou,, or about twice the thickness of a human hair.Since the box was in perfect shape all I can assume is that it's a manufacturing defect. We contacted customer service and the only option was a refund. That wasn't going to work for us we're in a heat wave it's 109° outside right now, we can run the air conditioner on low and while it's still vibrates excessively it's the only option we have, we are traveling in the RV so other than renting a hotel room to get out of the heat we have no other option. They're only solution was for me to order a new blower motor, install it and send back the old one and they gave me two weeks to do it in. I'm disabled my son has to drive up here to do it for us so this really isn't much of an option. The only good news is that I have a lot of experience working in aerospace engineering, I've straightened many bent shafts with a pipe and a dial indicator. But normally you're not trying to take 3/10ths of an inch of Bend out of a shaft,, normally when truing a shaft you're only taking out a couple of thousands of an inch..Anyhow I guess that old saying you get what you pay for applies here as this blower was about half the price of the OEM replacement. The original that it replaced didn't vibrate at all, it ran perfectly smooth until the bearings finally gave out.

I searched and searched for a fan motor for my older model camper a/c unit. I couldn’t find one that matched the horsepower of the one on my Coleman Mach A/C unit. I found this one and ordered it and it worked perfectly.
