Mouths and hands are very easy to move. Simply insert your hand up the bottom of the puppet. Your pinky and thumb can be inserted into the slots on the inside of the body to operate the hands. It can be tricky at first to get everything moving at once, but the main thing is moving the mouth- which is very simple.
These puppets aren't recommended for large stage shows, but make very nice toy and budget puppets. Their high quality and attention to detail make them a very special gift.
Recommended for ages 3 and up.

This puppet is very sturdy and durable. The exterior of the mouth and hard and stiff and have some type of board supporting its structure. The braids are neat and firmly secured with ribbons. The yarn/hair attached to the crown of the head is securely sewed on. The shoes can be removed. The clothes are not sewn onto the puppet so that can be removed as well with a bit of effort. The opening of the puppet has plenty of room and for any size hand. The puppet is a little darker than expected but still very beautiful.

My 7 yo daughter loves this puppet. She chose to spend her gift card on this purchase and took her time picking it. She loves that the mouth is easy to move open and closed. We also have another puppet from another brand that does not move as easily and is not as sturdy. This is a great purchase and I love the diversity of these puppets.

My daughter loves this puppet, she is just getting interested in ventriloquism and this is the ideal price, style, size and good quality she can even change the clothes and shoes and swap them with ones she has for her dolls. It has soft hands so she could use a rod (which we will have to purchase separately) great gift.

Got my jasmine today she was ment to arrive in another 2days so I'm very happy. My daughter who is 3 years old her face was to die for as she stood with her mouth open as I hot jasmine to talk to her.Jasmine looks just like her photos clothes very nice but her shoe lace kept coming undone so had to put a longer shoe lace in. WE WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO BUY. MY LITTLE ONE FELL ASLEEP WITH JASMINE IN BED.
