Nice clean cut with no sharp edges. I thoroughly sanded all surfaces down with 180 grit to descale, then washed down with oven cleaner and hot water. Cooked it at 450 for a while, then cleaned it thoroughly again.A few drops of food grade mineral oil to wipe the surface when it cooled, and it's good to go.
