I bought this body camera for bike riding. The video quality has clear resolution during daytime. The night recording is good, but when encountering light, the image becomes a little overexposed. The setup is easy and the long battery life is a plus.

The side panels of this body cam unit have buttons to make it easy to access Camera features. One side has the 3 buttons that control the recording features like record, audio, still photo. The other side has the buttons for the basic features such as power on and off, and the type of charging port, as well as the shared button for the flashlight, and the emergency lights and alarm. The still camera has great resolution at 48mp so I can snap photos of details like documents. Even though this has night vision, the flashlight has come in handy multiple times. Advanced IR cut night vision is really crisp. I can see details with the night vision like addresses and and name tags that might otherwise be blurred on lower quality night vision. The camera has a decently wide angle. I would compare it to my own peripheral vision. It does have the feature of “secret†recording. If I were to camouflage this into my gear, it would be nearly undetectable. On the backside of the camera is a playback screen. It is approximately 2 inches and makes remote viewing and editing easy. It’s crisp and clear and in color. I also have the option to remove the timestamp so that I can get a full view of the recording without any obstructions. This comes with a built in 64 gig memory card. Transferring the data to a computer with the usb cable is fast and allows me to save the data indefinitely. Or if I leave it in, it will automatically overwrite the old footage rather than locking up and requiring me to reformat it . The battery is rechargeable, so there’s no need to replace alkaline batteries. It also reduces the weight of the camera to 8 oz. A full charge will last an entire shift. I recommend recharging this in a daily basis since it’s a lithium battery that doesn’t hold charging memory. It takes roughly 4 hrs to fully charge this. The clip is designed so that even it’s lowered and parallel to the screen, it doesn’t come into contact, keeping the screen safe from getting scratched. It can swivel upward 180°. It is removable from the camera, but when it’s installed, there is a locking clip so that is more secure and difficult to simply pull of the clip until you intend to do so.

During my evening strolls, I realised I needed something extra for peace of mind. This body camera turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. The video quality is brilliant at 1440 pixels, capturing crystal-clear footage with sound - perfect for personal use. I must say, I was chuffed with the infrared night vision feature, as it picked up details in the dark far better than I expected.The battery life is absolutely spot-on; it keeps going for ages once you've charged it up properly. Being able to use it whilst it's charging is rather handy too. The clip attachment feels proper sturdy and makes it dead easy to wear without being bulky or awkward. The emergency alarm and torch features are brilliant additions, especially when I'm cycling after dark.If I had to pick a fault, I'd say the screen could do with being a tad bigger for watching videos on the go. That said, it does what it says on the tin and proves reliable for personal security or recording in low-light situations. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone after a body camera - it's worth every penny!
