matches my Flex-a-lite fan perfectly (so surprise). Needed longer bolts than were supplied due to my aftermarket pulley, but that's part of mixing aftermarket items.

I installed this when putting in a flex fan. Although it's a little pricey, it came with the required bolts for installation as well as descent instructions.

Make sure and do the research on your year to get the right depth...do google searches on the web and check out their website as well ...otherwise...hey its just a spacer...right.
