Good tires can make work on non metric/Manco 606 (and others i would assume) spindles with changing Bearings in the hubs to the below 5/8" IDx 1-3/8" ODDonepart Bearings 5/8" IDx 1-3/8" ODx .433" Thick 99502H-2RS Double Rubber Sealed Bearings for Go Kart, Mini Bikes, Lawn Mower, Wheels (4 Pack)

These are a huge upgrade to my son’s cart , definitely worth the purchase. You just have to bolt the hubs to the rims and they slid right onto the existing shaft : I didn’t even have to install the knuckles .Tires are good quality!
