For general wiring of homes, farm buildings, stores and shops. It is flame and moisture resistant, but should not be used in wet locations. Type NM-B is primarily used in residential wiring as branch curciuts for outlets, switches, and other loads. NM-B may be used for both exposed and concealed work in dry locations at conductor temperatures not to exceed 90oC. Ampacity limited to 60oC for conductors.

Great deal when I purchased this for the amount I paid for it! Thanks seller for that! It's high quality 6/2 wire for my Stiebel Eltron Tankless Water Heater Installation for which I needed 2 50 foot runs plus a few odd feet extra to run 2 60 AMP disconnect switches.It came well packaged, sealed etc. The wire was 6/2 NM-B with copper ground Cerro-Wire. Installed fine, pulled through joists in my basement, bent to curves with some effort as any 6/2 would...Next thing I knew boom...Bob was my uncle!PS: the packaging/shipping box was amazing however the actual shrink wrap package around the wire was as if Lindsay Lohan was working that day to carry the wire from the shelf to the packing room. Yeah like Lindsay inadvertently dropped the coil one of several times on the way yeah with those big strong biceps a model would have! All the same the wire was immaculate and super black just the shiny package somewhat scuffed and tired from the model abuse! Did this affect my task of wiring, none in the least in fact I've installed my tankless water heater now and it's humming right alone fine!Do I feel swayed from this experience....no way hoz-aye! The savings this brought me I am still eating charred ribs and apple cider!
