it's shiny and sparkles. Thicker would be better (but costs more). I also purchased a platinum necklace and as you can see the white gold is whiter and sparkles much more. We are done with silver because it tarnishes and always needs cleaning.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a 20†necklace and the necklace measures 18â€. So now I have to return the item which is a big hassle. The chain itself is beautiful but the necklace is too short and it is not as advertised. I could not or would not recommend buying from this company.

Because I do not understand anything measured in metrics I chose this item that measured 9mm, the 9mm was way too small plus 18 inches was too short. The item was returned.

So far, it's perfect. The Singapore cut reflects the light perfectly. I wanted a tiny little chain close around my average-sized female neck. The 18- inch nestles just below that little alcove in my throat between my collar bones. Short enough so it won't catch on things and break.I will never take it off.Bought it as a gift to myself for a personal victory: entering my 20th year alcohol-free.Buy yourself a present. It's worth it.

I ordered two necklaces and had to return both. The second one came knotted and despite best efforts, I could not get the knot out. Also, they didn’t refund me the full price. It should have been $95+ and they refunded me $68 with no explanation. Look elsewhere if you are wanting a nicer necklace.

Chain was dainty and elegant with a lot of sparkle. My wife loved it. It is small in diameter so need to be careful not to tangle it.
