My teenage son broke the bridge pins on his guitar a couple of times while learning how to change the strings. First time he broke one, we went to Guitar Center, and the ones we bought were four or five times more expensive than the ones that we bought next from Amazon. The quality appears the same and you also get a 3 in 1 pin puller tool with the ones from Amazon. Good Value

I mainly bought it for the winding tool, but the extra saddle/nut/pins have come in handy. The saddle, nut, and pins are kind of cheap and plastic, but in a pinch work just fine.

I disliked the fact that most of the product was missing... I received only the 3-in-1 tool which winds the pegs, pulls pins, and cuts the strings. I did NOT receive any white string pins or black string pins or the bridge or a nut. Again, most of the product was not shipped! The entire 14-piece package to be included was missing, as I only received the "with the 3-in-1 puller remover. It was very disappointing to waste a bunch of time processing a return, finding a different tiny box, as the only part that I received came in a carboard envelope, wrapping it, and...Update - The seller reached out to me and alerted me to their failure. They took responsibility and offered replacements 'freely'--- a much-appreciated effort on the Sellers part. I did not expect that, so it was a delightful Suprise for them, truly a customer service that is right and honest.

The bridge pins turner etc. set is inexpensive and mostly adequate. I did find the pins were smaller than ideal for the string holes on my new BlueRidge. They held but gave the feeling they might come unexpectedly loose. So far they have not. The crank-pin puller device works but it is awkward for me to crank with.

Great range of accessories for acoustic guitar maintenance. I’ve been breaking the G-3rd string a couple of times recently and rather than continue using a pair of pliers as a pin-puller, thus risking damage to the guitar, I made the decision to buy this product based on its reviews. And I’m so glad I did.The set comes in a strong plastic resealable pouch. On first appearance the 3-in-1 pin-puller looks flimsy being plastic. However, removing the required pin from the guitar was quick and simple, the subsequent winding of the string using the crank again easy and efficient. To finish off, the cutter made simple the job of trimming the exposed surplus string. And no, it's NOT flimsy!Another bonus is the fact this set comes with two types of pin: 6x black and 6x ivory, so a choice for whichever matches those to be replaced.I’ve had no need as yet to use the bridge or saddle that comes with the pack, but they're there for whenever I do. And I’m sure their sturdiness will do the work as intended.A no-brainer for the price, I carry this everywhere the guitar goes.

Delivery was good, no complaints there, but the product itself doesn't fit. Of course it isn't designed specifically for my Guitar, but they're ridiculously thin and just fell out when I tried using them

The pegs hold the strings,but you have got to hold it down while you tighten the strings otherwise it pops out of the hole.
