I finally caved and ordered these and I'm so glad that I did. For years I've been counting on larger safety pins to do a much bigger job than they are equipped to do. You get a crazy amount of pins in this order, with two different sizes. These are really nice, they look great so if you are planning on using them for something that will have them "exposed" rest assured that the design is nice and unobtrusive.The make of these is really nice and sturdy. They are quality pieces that I feel confident will last a while!

I needed something cute to pin my curtains over the rod and thought these great looking retro pins would spice up my bedroom. They were OK, but I decided to go with something else. I used one to hold a scarf around my neck and LOVED the look. But when I took the pin out, it obviously ruined my shirt. I think these would work great with crafts but not fabrics unless it is burlap or a loose sweater weave. The point on the pin is too large to be practical with most fabrics--but paper, burlap, rubbers--maybe with shoe charms on the laces. The retro look is the best.
